Guardiola sets rules for Man.City players
Pep Guardiola, Manchester City Manager |
The Champions League winner with Barcelona prepares to address journalists at Etihad during his first press conference since his arrival at the club.
The soft-spoken but no-nonsense manager is said to be planning to introduce a new rule that requires all players of the Citizens to eat together at the Etihad at least one hour after a match. The 45-year-old also introduced a similar rule during his tenure with the Spanish and German giants.
“He will want the squad to eat at the Etihad after games.
“He thinks it is vital for them to eat within one hour of games and even if it means telling the WAGS no dinner out tonight.
“That won’t go down too well with some of them. They usually eat pizza in the dressing room.”
