A couple from Georgia had the unique opportunity to tie the knot underwater in an aquarium while surrounded by friends, family and fish. Dr. Jamie Craine and Blake Baker, of Savannah, met and fell in love on the island of St. Kitts, where Baker was going to medical school and Dr. Craine was in vet school.

“We met on the island and did a lot of diving together. I helped Blake get certified. Diving has been a big part of our relationship from the beginning,” Dr. Craine told InsideEdition.com.

Dr. Craine said the actual ceremony was held at St. Patrick’s Church, and the reception took place at the aquarium, complete with a wedding dress, cake and a first dance before the couple took their underwater plunge.

“Everybody was beyond excited. It was a mixture of everything, and we were thankful to be able to get in the right place at the right time and get good pictures,” Dr. Craine said.
