Megan McKenna has spoken out about her anger issues.
The reality beauty made headlines after losing her temper and physically lashing out during her stints on Celebrity Big Brother and Ex On The Beach .
When she made her TOWIE debut on Sunday, the Essex girl almost immediately found herself at the centre of yet another drama.
Addressing her anger, Megan has revealed that it all stems from a "nasty relationship".

"I was never like this before that relationship," she explained to Now magazine. "I can’t explain to you the pain and shit I had to deal with every single day with him. We were together for two and a half years and he really did ruin my life. I even lost my job because of him.
"He cheated on me many times. People would confront me while I was working in a bar telling me what he’d been up to with other girls. I’d go down his phone and find Twitter messages from other girls. He’d just tell me they were all jealous of us… and I believed him. He wouldn’t let me go out with him, and if I ended up in the same club as him and his friends he’d cause murders. He made me feel so insecure."

Megan is aware that she has problems when it comes to managing her anger and has sought professional help.
However, being branded a "psycho" by viewers watching her on reality TV hasn't helped matters.
"Sometimes I call my agent up sobbing, saying: 'I can’t do this anymore,'" she added. "People think I’m an absolute bitch and call me a psycho – but I’m not. I do cry over things. Any girl that has been in my situation where they’ve been hurt by a boy will understand. That’s why I have such a girl following because they’ve been through it and I’m relatable. I’m like an inspiration."
