Asked why he would be retained, Mourinho said: "Because I think I did lots of good things for this club.
"I don't think the owner is a person to change with the wind."

Mourinho exchange with journalist

Journalist: "If you lose your next game at Leicester, do you expect to lose your job?"
Mourinho: "There are no ifs. I win, or draw, or lose."
Journalist: "But what about..."
Mourinho: "You are a pessimist guy, I am an optimist guy."
Journalist: "Let's say you lose, if that happens do you expect to lose your job?"
Mourinho: "There are no ifs."
"I know the wind of results is an important wind and I know this wind is really strong because the results in the Premier League are really bad."

Mourinho was speaking at the news conference previewing Wednesday's Champions League match against Porto. The club must avoid defeat to confirm their place in the last 16.
They go into the match on the back of a surprise home defeat bypromoted Bournemouth on Saturday, and before meeting league leaders Leicester on Monday.
It has been reported that Mourinho could be sacked if the Blues fail to win their next two games.
The former Inter Milan and Real Madrid coach returned to Chelsea in the summer of 2013 and won the league and Capital One Cup in his second season.
In his first spell at the club from 2004 to 2007, he won two league titles, FA Cup and two League Cups.
