Obafemi Martins (Obagoal) goes into fashion, unveils ‘Obagear’

Nigerian professional footballer, Obafemi Akinwunmi Martins is set to launch his fashion line to “serve millions of fans who are enthralled by the image of the master dribbler and goal scoring flip” with quality apparel.

Martins, who was recently recalled to the senior national team, the Super Eagles by Coach Sunday Oliseh, after almost two years, scoring 15 goals in the Major League Soccer (MLS) for his American club, Seattle Sounders, has already exhibited some of the works via his Instagram account, website and stores in the United States of America two months ago.
He promised Lagosians and Nigerians that the fashion gear will soon be officially unveiled in the country.
The collection features T-shirts, sweatshirts, hud and sweater.
Martins, popularly called ‘Weapon of Mass Destruction’ in Nigeria is also the face of his brand, with the back-flip goal celebration image.
