Breaking News: Saraki loses another Court case again

The troubles of Senate President, Bukola Saraki seems yet unending as another attempt to stop his trial at the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) failed on Friday.
The Federal High Court in Lagos today dismissed Saraki’s application seeking to stop his trial in Abuja. He also failed in a similar attempt at the Abuja Federal High Court.
Justice Ibrahim Baba ruled that the Lagos court lacks jurisdiction to hear the application.
Saraki is standing trial at the CCT on a 13 count charge of false asset declaration while he was governor of Kwara state.
